All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and features accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in shade or finish may occur.

Where a recommended retail price (RRP) or a "was" price is shown alongside a sale price, it refers to a price at which the product has been offered by us or a comparable retailer. Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any point.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to discontinue any product, and to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion — including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even if the order has already been confirmed.

Cold water immersion carries real risks. The POLARDIP Cold Plunge Tub is a wellness product, not a medical device. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no statement on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Consult a qualified doctor before using a cold plunge if you are pregnant, or if you have or suspect you have any cardiovascular condition, high or low blood pressure, a heart condition, Raynaud's phenomenon, diabetes, neuropathy, epilepsy, cold urticaria, or any other medical condition, or if you are taking medication that affects circulation, blood pressure, or body temperature perception.

Never use the tub alone if you are new to cold immersion or have any known health risk. Never use it under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Do not plunge your head underwater. Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, numb, disoriented, or experience chest pain or difficulty breathing. Do not allow children to use or access the tub unsupervised. Always follow the safety instructions in the included user guide.

You use this product entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for injury, illness, or loss arising from use or misuse of the product.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your details so we can complete your order and contact you as needed. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address; we cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By submitting an order, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided for the total order amount, including any taxes and shipping charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and the POLARDIP name and branding — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
