Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order was dispatched (check spam/promotions if you can't find it).
How to Track
- Open your shipping confirmation email.
- Click the tracking link, or copy your tracking number into 17track.net — it works with every carrier we use.
Tracking Tips
- Tracking activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch — if it shows no data at first, check back the next day.
- Estimated delivery windows are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page.
- Status hasn't moved in 5+ days, or the estimated window has passed? Email support@getpolardip.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier immediately. Confirmed-lost packages are replaced free or fully refunded — your choice.
