Shipping & Delivery
Every POLARDIP order ships fully tracked, with free standard shipping on all US orders.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times (United States)
- Items in stock at our US fulfillment center: 3–5 business days.
- Standard tracked shipping: 7–12 business days.
The estimated delivery window for your specific order is shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery estimates are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Tracking
Track your order any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or via our Track Your Order page. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first update after dispatch.
Address Changes
Need to change your delivery address? Contact us at support@getpolardip.com as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot redirect a package.
Delays
During peak periods or carrier disruptions, delivery may occasionally take longer than estimated. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipment costs may apply) or a refund of the product price.
