Welcome to POLARDIP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getpolardip.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Products
POLARDIP sells cold plunge tubs and related recovery accessories. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or finish may occur.
2. Orders & Payment
- All prices are shown in the checkout currency and include applicable product taxes where required.
- An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case you will be refunded in full.
- Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details.
3. Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy (30-day money-back guarantee). Product defects are covered by our 2-Year Warranty.
4. Safe Use & Health Notice
Cold water immersion places stress on the cardiovascular system. Our products are wellness equipment, not medical devices, and nothing on this Site is medical advice. Consult your doctor before using a cold plunge if you are pregnant or have any heart condition, high or low blood pressure, circulatory disorder, epilepsy, or other medical condition. Always follow the safety instructions in our How to Use guide, never use the product under the influence of alcohol or drugs, supervise sessions when starting out, and keep children away from the tub. You use the product at your own risk and are responsible for using it safely.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the POLARDIP name, logo, product design, text, and images — is our property or licensed to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLARDIP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or state of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
